Payment Options

Which payment options do you offer?

Payment is by bank transfer. Details will be sent after check out.

We also offer COD (Cash on Delivery) through Thailand Post (EMS) or Kerry Express but a small extra charge of 3% is added by them.

Shipping

What Do You Need From Me?

At checkout you will be asked for your address and a telephone number. The phone number needs to be a Thai mobile number if you have requested to pay by COD as the courier will call you before delivery. We cannot accept international numbers. Hotel receptions can usually help with a contact number if you don't have one.

How much is shipping?

We charge a standard rate of B50 per shipment.

Shipping is free for orders of 10 tins or more.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to send all orders within 24 hours and you will receive it 1-3 days after that depending where you are in Thailand. (Weekends and holidays will effect delivery time). 

If you're in Bangkok and would like delivery by bike please order direct through www.SnusSource.com who will deliver your order within a couple of hours.

Can I track my order?

We use Snus Source, EMS and Kerry Express to deliver the snus, both of which can be tracked. An email will be sent to you once the package has been sent with tracking details (EMS and Kerry only).
