Payment Options

Which payment options do you offer?

Payment is by bank transfer. Details will be sent after check out.

COD can be arranged through Thailand Post (EMS) or Kerry Express but a small extra charge will apply.\

Shipping

What Do You Need From Me?

At checkout you will be asked for your address and a telephone number. The phone number needs to be a Thai mobile number if you have requested to pay by COD as the courier will call you before delivery. We cannot accept international numbers. Hotel reception can usually help with a contact number if you don't have one.

How much is shipping?

We charge a standard rate of B50 per shipment.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to send all orders within 24 hours and you will receive it 1-3 days after that depending where you are in Thailand. (Weekends and holidays will effect delivery time). 

If you're in Bangkok and would like delivery by bike please order direct through ZippBike.com who will deliver your order within a couple of hours.

Can I track my order?

We use Zippbike, EMS and Kerry Express to deliver the snus, both of which can be tracked. An email will be sent to you once the package has been sent with tracking details (EMS and Kerry only).
